such as Air Conditioners, Climate Controls and Kitchen appliances. We strive to make commissioning our services for your Bulgarian property

Purchasing Property From Us With our Without Additional Service
|

If you're interested in one of the properties that we have posted here, for more information please
feel free to contact us via any of the means provided throughout the website. Purchasing a property
from us is fairly straight-forward: Once you've come to a decision on the property you'd like to
purchase we provide a contract to a payment plan which details the payment schedule from inital
payment to final payment (at which time the title is signed and the property is officially yours).
If you wish to use or design, decor and/or furnishing services these details will be discussed and
arranged during the payment schedule. Since these services will be included in the final price
all furnishing and decorating services will commense following the first payment and completed by the
final payment. As with all Bulgarian properties, when the title is
signed a notary and stamp duty is required totaling 3% of the purchase price of the property.

Decor, Design and Furnishing Services for Bulgarian Property You Own
|

The fastest way to begin service is to use our Order Form. Once complete we will have a
good idea of what you want and will contact you immediately to discuss the details. For all orders we require a copy
of your passport and a floor plan of you apartment to proceed. We ask for these items after we've received your order
form.

For Off-Plan Property in Bulgaria Still Under Development
|
|
If you're purchasing off-plan, then the first thing that you must be aware of is that we cannot
begin any work until the property belongs to you. However before that time we can proceed with
planning work so that as soon as the title is signed we can commence. All we need are floor plans
evidence of a contract for purchase, and the ability to view the site and apartment if it's beyond
shell stage. From that point we can conceptualize and formulate a plan which we can execute when
you've finalized your purchase.
